Exciting News On AHS Season 8

As the eight season of American Horror Story keeps coming closer with its September 12 premiere, some legitim sources has exciting news.

This season theme will take place in the future with a crossover of Murder House and Coven. Which also means a well known fan-favourite actress Jessica Lange is coming back as Constance Langdon.

Murphy teased at a AHS FX event: “All I’ll say about it is I want to go to the future — still topical, but the future, which I’ve never done. I pitched it to [FX chief] John Landgraf today right after his TCA panel, and he loved it, but he’s asked me not to say what it is. I told him and he fell out of his chair with joy. I think people will like it, it’s different from what we’ve done before, but I always try and do the opposite of what I’ve done on that show.”

But that ain’t all, folks. AHS has also been confirmed for a tenth season which probably will set in 2020.

Murphy comment Lange’s return:

“I want all of them,” he said. “I want Dylan, and Connie and Jessica [Lange]. They’ve all said — Kathy Bates, too — everybody who is involved in the show has always said, ‘Yeah, that sounds like fun, let’s get the band back together again.’ So that is one of the reasons why the writing process of that season is taking longer because it’s literally 25 people’s schedules. But I’m hopeful they will all be back.”

• Jessica Lange, who will be reprising her role as Constance Langdon.
• Sarah Paulson, who will be bringing back Cordelia Foxx, Billie Dean Howard and a new character called Venable.
• Kathy Bates, who will play Ms. Meade.
• Evan Peters, who will be playing a gay hairdresser.
• Dame Joan Collins, who will be playing the grandmother of Peters’ character.
• Billy Eichner
• Leslie Grossman, who will be playing Coco Saint Pierre Vanderbilt.
• Adina Porter, who will be playing Dinah Stevens.
• Cheyenne Jackson
• Billie Lourd, who will be playing Mallory.
• Billy Porter
• Cody Fern, who will play the grown up version of Murder House’s Michael Langdon.
• Emma Roberts, who will bring Madison Montgomery back to life.
