DC Comics and Warner Bros. appeared to once again to become an underwhelming achievement as a new batman for Matt Reeves The Batman is in store.
Ben Affleck, as been reported, has stepped down as the black caped vigilante once more. But now it’s permanent. Reason for his departure is to helm other projects and he has said that this version is not suitable for him. The movie itself has been in development since 2017 when Affleck himself was ready to be the director. Affleck has done the role twice; in Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and Justice League. He had even a short cameo in Suicide Squad. Even Henry Cavill has stepped down earlier as the almighty Superman.
Who it’s remains to be seen, but it’ll be someone familiar and young.
The film is due to be released in 2021, June 25th, directed and written by Matt Reeves.
