Nat Faxon & Nicole Byer Joins HBO Max’s ‘Delilah’
Nat Faxon and Nicole Byer join the cast of HBO Max’s upcoming pilot “Delilah.”
The two actors will join in a starring role alongside Jessica Rothe, Michael McKean, and Arturo Castro.
Deadline.com describes the plot.
“[…] after a life-changing event, Delilah’s (Rothe) first step toward putting her life back together is to introduce herself to a complete stranger (Michael McKean) who might or might not be her real father and his family. The only question is: How much damage can one person do while trying to get their own life back on track? […],” writes Deadline’s Nellie Andreeva.
Kirker Butler of Kapital Entertainment executive produces the series with Merman’s Sharon Horgan and Clelia Mountford, in company with Aaron Kaplan, Dana Honor, Aisling Bea, and star Jessica Rothe.
Nat Faxon and Nicole Byer are no strangers to the Kapital Entertainment, both have worked on some of the studio’s previous projects. Faxon continues to work as a voice cast member on Therapy Dog, while Byer previously co-starred in Kapital’s How Can I Hate You.
In Delilah, Faxon is set to be a series regular with the role of Brian, character Tom’s brother, while Byer will take on the role of Cassie, the only one welcoming Delilah and being friendly.
