Ryan Reynolds has met with Marvel Studios for talks and there is a possible Deadpool is coming home for under Marvel Studios flag.

Most likely Reynolds visit was for Deadpool future in Marvel movies. Even Disney chief Bob Iger has talked to a possibility for an R-Rated movie. Deadpool writer Paul Wernick comments the news:

“The plan and the hope is that Marvel allows us to continue Deadpool in his R-rated universe that he lives in and also, hopefully over time, we get to play a little bit in the MCU sandbox as well.”

The other Deadpool writer Rhett Reese, responds too:

“Marvel’s a rich universe of both heroes and also, wonderfully, villains, so we would love to see Deadpool enter that universe in a fun way. It’s just about figuring out how and when. (Plus) Ryan (Reynolds) is very busy and the transition has delayed everything because you just don’t know. (Marvel Studios) is figuring out the next version of the MCU obviously and that’s its own beast. Then you throw Deadpool in there and the X-Men and stuff, and it’s crazy.”

This would be the best fit for the character and most likely the best choice since no R-Rated movie will be available on Disney+, Disney’s new upcoming streaming service. Deadpool movies have been successful for the two movies available and provided a new look to the character.

Upcoming movies in the fourth Phase of MCU is Black Widow (2020). It’s expected that Phase five will include X-MenFantastic Four, and DeadpoolWhat we ending up with, remains to be seen.
