Spider-Man: Far From Home ended with a cliffhanger and now as rumours have spun that Daredevil would appear in Spider-Man 3. Charlie Cox from Netflix/Marvel Daredevil denies all rumours.

A rumoured has spun around in media that Matt Murdock AKA Daredevil, would appear in the third instalment of Spider-Man 3. Marvel Studios and Sony Pictures has had a complicated agreement concerning their characters. But the truth that Matt Murdock expected to show up on the third film is not able in this case. Daredevil could be showing up later or with other characters.

“As a fan of the Marvel movies, I’ve loved the little stuff where they pop up here and there but because we were on Netflix, we weren’t able to do as much for legal reasons, I don’t know why,” Cox concludes. “But I love the idea of Jessica and Matt showing up in the background or Matt as a lawyer advising Peter Parker. That’d be really, really cool.”

So, this means Charlie Cox will not show up in the new film, that expects to be released in 2021.
