The New Superman & Lois Series Delayed; Set To Be Released In 2021

CW network has set an eye for another DC characters, beloved by many fans. With Superman & Lois to debut on the network in January 2021, it will join the company of many other series.
Superman & Lois will be set in CW Networks own Arrowverse together with Batwoman, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow and The Flash, where the last mentioned has been the most popular character. The new series will be played by Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch. Before the reveal, there has been a lot of rumour considering the cast and the plot.
The official plot for the new TV-show:
“SUPERMAN & LOIS — In SUPERMAN & LOIS, after years of facing megalomaniacal supervillains, monsters wreaking havoc on Metropolis, and alien invaders intent on wiping out the human race, the world’s most famous superhero, The Man of Steel aka Clark Kent (Tyler Hoechlin, “Teen Wolf”) and comic books’ most famous journalist, Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch, “Grimm”), come face to face with one of their greatest challenges ever – dealing with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society.
Complicating the already daunting job of raising two boys, Clark and Lois must also concern themselves with whether or not their sons Jonathan (Jordan Elsass, “Little Fires Everywhere”) and Jordan (Alexander Garfin, “The Peanuts Movie”) could inherit their father’s Kryptonian superpowers as they grow older.
This is not the first time Metropolis has been in the spotlight. With the Superman as a teen in Smallville and other series concerning the Kent family. The new series will also have a character, named The Stranger, currently unknown character, it could also be The Phantom Stranger from DC Comics. The series has been announced to premiere in January 2021, after The Flash, after several delays of the production by COVID-19.
