After the latest Bond-film moved its date from November 12 this year to April 2, 2021, a lot of other films have also delayed its premiere.

One of the other major news is that The Batman also moves its premiere from October 1st, 2021, to open March 4, 2022. The October date will then be replaced by Denis Villeneuve’s Dune, which means it won’t be premiering December 18, 2020. The Flash and Shazam 2 will also be moving its date. Matrix 4 will also move its debuting date from April 2022 now to December 2021.

The Flash changes its slot from June 3, 2022, to November 4th, 2022. At the same time, Shazam 2 pushed from November 4th to June 22, 2023. Both  Black Adam and Minecraft have removed their release- calendar. Wonder Woman 1984 will have it date December 25, 2020, together with Pixar’s Soul.

More than 70% of all cinemas in the U.S have opened again but with the loss of income from low ticket-sales, the cinema’s chain is again forced to close down. Cineworld that owns Regal has planned to shut down its businesses in both U.K and U.S.
