
Luke Evans has been added to the upcoming live-action remake of the Pinocchio-film, from Disney.
The film directed by Robert Zemeckis will star Tom Hanks as Geppetto and Luke Evans now as The Coachman. The film will show up on DisneyPlus, not theatres, is penned by the director and Chris Weitz. Both Andrew Miano and Weitz are producing with their company Depth of Field. The film is a reimagining of the 1941s animated classic tale of a wooden boy who becomes alive with the help of a cricket.
Evans stars currently in The Pembrokeshire Murders that will launch on February 2nd. His previous credits include Furious 7, Ma, Midway, Murder Mystery, The Girl on the Train, and The Hobbit: Battle of Five Armies.
