
HBO’s Original production has started its production for the upcoming House of the Dragon with a release in 2022.
Yes! The spin-off to the global phenomenon Game of Thrones is confirmed to be in production, officially, starting with a table-read session. It set to arrive on HBO Max sometime in 2022 with 1-hour 10 episodes. The cast includes Rhys Ifans as Otto Hightower, Olivia Cooke as Alicent Hightower, Matt Smith as Prince Daemon Targaryen, Paddy Considine as King Viserys Targaryen, Steve Toussaint as The Sea Snake, Emma D’Arcy as Princess Rhaenyra Targaryen.
The series. as the title suggests, will focus on the House Targaryen and The Mad King, taking place before the events of the Daenarys storyline in the original series. The series is created by George R. R. Martin and Ryan J. Condal.
