There have been rumours whether villain Kang would join the third Ant-Man movie and the rumours seem to be true.
Jonathan Majors has confirmed to join the film to play Kang. Majors has shut down questions about the role and reports that he would be playing the time-travelling villain. Majors visit Golden Apple Comics and then signed with Kang, indicating that the rumours were true.
Majors has also commented on the matter via Variety.
“The wonderful thing about my timeline for my education is that I watched the Marvel films, and to that end, the DC films, blow up. I watched it happen, I got to watch those movies in context, and actually, I never missed one either. It’s just so culturally, our culture is so steeped in it. If someone made a time capsule they would go ‘Yeah, superhero movies.’”
It’s also speculated that Kang for some reason would be guest-starring in Loki but that is just rumour.
Directed by Peyton Reed, Ant-Man and the Wasp stars Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lilly, Michael Peña, Walton Goggins, Bobby Cannavale, Judy Greer, Tip “T.I.” Harris, David Dastmalchian, Hannah John-Kamen, Abby Ryder Fortson, Randall Park, Michelle Pfeiffer, Laurence Fishburne, and Michael Douglas. Ant-Man and the Wasp are scheduled to premiere in theatres in February 2023.
