Obligated to the spin-off depicting the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Chris Columbus emerging idea about film the original trio based on the two-part play The Cursed Child, would be more of a profitable idea than the current plan. This does not include the follow up on the prequel series featuring Eddie Redmayne.
”I would love the ’The Cursed Child’. It’s a great play and the kids are actually the righty age to play those roles. It’s a small fantasy of mine.”
Chris Columbus, as you might remember, directed in fact Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson in the two first features of the eight-part film series. The current film set in the Wizarding World, Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore premiering April 15, 2022.
